Thanks Erwin. I saw the kit and will be placing an order for one too. The photographs on their website made my mouth water.

Just got my grubby hands on Karaya's new resin kit of the Martinsyde Buzzard. It's an early production example and the manual wasn't ready yet (Radek promised to send them to me when they were).
Cleaned up most of the parts by now and it sure is a lovely kit. Some casting imperfections, but nothing a bit experienced modeller can't handle. Detail is outstanding: complete and wonderful detailled engine, the radiator shutters are made in PE, so some fiddling here. Steady hands will be useful, but the reward will be an extremely beautiful radiator no doubt.
Internal detail consist of cast-in interior framework and engine bearers in the fuselage halves. They are a bit warped at the tail, but seem to be easily corrected when they will be glued together. Fabric detail is nicely restrained and even present at the underside. Some careful glueing will be needed here. Stitching is provided as PE, but can't really convince me, will probably do these in fishing line (0,06mm)
All resin parts are cast in a dark grey resin which is quite resilient and all struts and the undercarriage are reinforced with copper wire that shines through the resin at places
The upper wing is cast in three pieces, center and the two outer parts, the joint being the actual joint on the real plane.
Apart from the resin and a nice PE-fret (etched by Part from the look of it) there's also a clear film with the instruments, windscreen and a window.
Decals included: Latvian, Lithouwanian and Red Russian. On the cover is also the red-white striped personal hack of General Zagorsky, commander Polish air forces in 1924. As this plane had (according to the Datafile) no other markings, no decals are provided. You will have to mask and spray the stripes yourself.
A later boxing will include Finnish and British markings. This will be released later this year or beginning next year. On the side of the box is also a profile of a Spanish Buzzard with enclosed cowl and the radiators between the undercarriage.
Comparison of the major parts with the drawings in the datafile reveal that the fuselage is spot on, the upper wings about 1 mm too short in span and in chord. The underwing is almost spot on, about 0.5 mm too short in chord. More than good enough for me! especially since the Buzzard is really a big plane compared with the usual allied stuff!
Will try to get some pics taken and post them on our clubs' site
