I am sorry to hear about your mom.
  My thoughts are with you

I have just returned home from the mortuary after making arrangements for my
mom. She passed away yesterday from complications due to Parkinson's
disease. I am happy things seem to be on the mend with RK's mom and the
others posting here recently. Enjoy that extra time. You don't know how
important something is until it's gone.

I remember how, when I was a kid, she'd take my list and go shopping every
year right after Christmas to get the glue and paints I needed for the model
kits I just got as presents. And she'd always get the right shade of green
that I wanted. She helped contribute to my interest in building models.
