The idea behind this is based on 'scraper board'. I don't know if it
exists under a different name elsewhere but it is a stiff white card
coated with a black surface which when scratched away with a point
reveals the white underneath.

So for the fin I painted the white plasticard with PC10 and when it was
dry drew two very faint concentric circles with a compass and then
scratched the title between them (in my bestest indecipherable writing)
and similarly scratched the initials and propeller in the centre.It
works quite well in this small scale though a set of decals in white and
black would be very nice. I think I have some 1:48 Blue Rider ones
somewhere but there are only two along with several other manufacturers
logos but the entire sheet of A4 is mainly space!   Does anyone know of
a source of such useful items?
