When I was trying to pursue Coppermine (a piece of photo-gallery
software) for my VVS site, I noticed it came with a "members comment"
section below each image. If something like that was to be pursued for
the site that's one possbility. However, there's maintenance involved.
I never put in on-line for the VVS site because I couldn't break up
the gallery in a way I wanted - but to be honest I also didn't try too
hard.

Excellent idea, and someone else mentioned going Wikipedia-style for
that, which is also a good idea. However, once again, it requires work
"behind the scenes", which means Al and/or Sanjeev.

In case you didn't notice, the search function lets you search by
aircraft and aircraft type. But also my Coppermine comment above might
work. Again, that needs a lot from Al and/or Sanjeev.

Lots of more work for the web admin troops.
