Them there nubbins are for real- they're "stacking pads". I gather that 
they're were handy in the factory for leaning finished wings up against 
something and keeping the leading edge off the ground and also at unit level 
when the need arose to have the wings off an airplane for some reason. They 
also appear on other Fokkers.
Exact locations could vary, and often the were knocked off, or removed.
