Hi,

I am about to start work on the kit I recently bought.

The decals are in the window, whitening.

The paints have arrived from MisterKit.

I went to start sanding off the underside saggy bits and noticed the little
nubbins on the leading edges. Do I sand them off or what, I thought?

The instructions seem to suggest that they should stay. The artwork on the box
is no use. The built up model on the side of the box shows them filed off, but
then again it has the streaky finish as plain olive, so that's unreliable.

Looking at pictures on the web doesn't give me a definite answer. Some have
them there, some don't. Pics of museum or replica aircraft are better quality
pics and don't show them.

Does anyone have any contemporary plans, or pics that would give me a definite
answer if they should be there, and what exactly they are. I'm sure my
definition is incorrect.

If its a production issue, I'm doing Kempf's 213/17

Thanks in advance.
