I wrote Joel about some more information. The book The American Fighter by Enzo Angelucci (Peter M.Bowers, consultant) on page 420-421, has the Thomas Morse MB-3 Tommy, 3 photos, lots of info and a good 3-view drawing with an alternative tail and rudder. The reason Joel couldn't find anything from Boeing, it that it's not a Boeing design.
What the U.S. Army would do is open bids for a design. Thomas Morse would win the design bid. Then the Army would open a bid as to who would build the plane. Thus big companies like Boeing or Curtiss would win the contract to build the aircraft. Thus, Boeing and Curtiss would prosper and small companies like Thomas Morse went under. I don't have a scanner, but I'll see if I can get you a copy of the pages if you like, if you can't find the book. It's an excellent source of inter war aircraft, LOTS of 3-views and photos, and it's a large coffee table type book with 480 pages.
