I would have to agree with Iban on this point. I would rather that the pictures were posted on the website and were searchable, than missing out on something

seriously, my concern is that pics coming into the list will never make 
it to the website, and will thus not be easily searchable, when one is 
looking for that serious error some other guy made, that you want to 
avoid with yours. or when one is looking for inspiration, either.
