IIRC, the McKenzie Iron & Steel Co. was goin gto produce one in
1/48th-American O scale back in the early 90's. The company specialized in
logging railroad craftsman kits. Aside from finding one of those to use as
a guide, I think you are stuck with scratch-building one.
