Indeed they would make outstanding models. I don't know about you but I have noticed myself moving away from just plain models, now I look for photographs and try and capture the photograph in 3-d. This is true for everything that I model, except my very large models.The thought of a diorama telling a story, capturing a moment in history really turns me on.
