Yes it is. He did it to humilate the French. It was then confiscate and destroyed in either 1944 or 1945. However, she would make a stunning model in a diorama, I have seen a number of pictures of the allied leaders standing at the end of teh carriage. So my idea is to model the carriage and the men, and then the photographer taking the picture.
