Ultimately the money isn't the real issue. Yeah, we all have to go 
some time, but why unnecessarily accelerate that process?

I am currently corresponding with a contributor who is on 3.5l/min of 
O2 24/7. He does not expect more than another couple of weeks, and 
knows that he will not live to see his recent plan feature and kit 
review submissions in print. Even if I put them in the issue we are 
currently producing, which I can't, they would not be in hand before 
mid June. His only request is that I send a few extra copies of those 
issues on to his family.
