No, but I've read about the technique on at least four forums in the last 
coupleof weeks, both by buyers and sellers.

Tough one for Ebay to stop. If they include the postage in their fee, they 
automatically set higher fees for countries where postage charges are 
higher.

Doesn't bother me one whit. I don't use Ebay, not because I have anything 
against it, but because I can't think of anything I want to buy enough to 
bother.
