[WWI] "hostage" feedback

See--THIS is a far bigger problem than whinging on about "he charged me what
he said he was going to charge me".

I've always thought sellers holding a buyer's feedback hostage until they
leave feedback was poor business. The buyer has met his obligation paying
the agreed amount withing the agreed timeframe, he's entitled to good
feedback.

Then again, listening to this lot discussing negative feedback because they
don't like the S&H charge after the fact would maybe prompt me to think
otherwise...

I must confess that practices like these see me doing less and less business
on e-Bay. It just isn't worth dicking around with the yahoos. And it seems
like people have been taking more and more liberties with the truth re:
condition, terms, etc.

I agree.

"My rating of this seller is positively coerced."
