[WWI] 1/48 Camel conversions

There's an old 2 seater conversion from Hi-Tech. Extra seat and control 
panel . Headrest fairing too IIRC. There's also a Scooter conversion from 
Spin, which consists of the wing and a couple of brass pylons.
