And on another note
Crumpled aluminium foil is something which I attempted on an ot subject a few years ago. I may have used the wrong paints or prepared it wrongly, but I wasn't too impressed with the result.

This diorama form New Zealand is ver impressive. I was already impressed by
the -now- seemingly crude crash diorama from an early Windsock. Wonder if
Ray's work would have inspired this 1:1 display!
Thinking about crashed, crumpled aircraft... I walways thought that painted
aluminium foil paper may look fine as wrinkled cloth in 1/72... did anyone
actually tried this?
