[WWI] 1/12 Scale Parabellum for R/C Models

I have a 57" Albatros C.III kit that has been waiting for a Parabellum. I
have to go dig up the specs on the C.III to figure the scale , but it'd
probably be in the 1/10 - 1/8 range.
