[WWI] 1/48 decals for RFC serial numbers

I am a new member and this is my first post. I would like to know if any
decal mfr's make a sheet of 1/48 RFC serial numbers that I can use on my
Eduard Sopwith Camel kit. I would like to build an aircraft that is not
featured on any available decal sheets. I would also like any opinions on
which enamel paint is the best match for PC 10.
