[WWI] A/G Decals, instruction sheets needed

Hi guys,
I have a little problem.
I have some sheets of Americal/Gryphon WW1 decals in 1/32 scale.
I need the instruction sheets that go with them so I know where to put the decals and what the colors of the aeroplanes would be and where they would be. 
If any of you have the instruction sheets I'd be happy to pay for xerox copies of them or readable scans of them.
I need the info that goes with these A/G decal sheets:
