[WWI] Fixes for Revell Fokker D.VIIs

I agree with Andy's comments.  If you had neither and were making a choice, 
I'd go with the Roden but the Revell are decent.  They have some downside - 
the ribs are a bit heavybut in general, it can be built to look nice.  I 
believe some folks have had custom -made lozenge decals but they'd have to 
be customized for each kit, plus the aileron would have to be cut out 
separately.

Doing the lozenge decals isn't that bad, especially if you have decent 
decals (Americal!).  The ribs take a bit of time though but there are decals 
for those too. It can't take that much more time than spraying and masking a 
3-color pattern, and they look really nice too.
