[WWI] Humbrol paint Substitute

Ray B,

     Yes, I know the formula for HUMBROL paints has been changed over the years.  All the 
differences of HUMBROL paint that you have pointed out I have also experienced.  I suspect that 
is the problems Michael McMurtrey is talking about.
