[WWI] Humbrol paint Substitute

Over the years Humbrol changed there formulation to keep in line with 
safety issues, also once the paint manufacture was moved to china the 
formulation was distinctly different. Grainier, dries out faster and 
just doesnt work as well as it did. Maybe this is what they are talking 
about?
