Toko (Roden) first appear with the Pfalz DXII and Siemens Schuckert DIII/DIV in the March April 1998 issue. Going back through my windsocks I'm amazed at how many manufacturers there were even then. Skybirds for example had quite a range, many of which still havent been seen in plastic. I was going to say and probably will not, but with Special Hobby and others producing aircraft I'm not so sure. In 1997 Plum Blossoms had a 1/72 resin Lloyd CV that was seen as being very esoteric. I got a newly produced Special Hobby 1/72 Lloyd CV this pst Christmas.

Oh and 5 years ago (Jan/Feb 2001) Neil had a very nice scratchbuilt Spad XI on the Gallery page.

10 years ago! Had Toko started up? It must have been around then,
certainly things have improved no end since then.
