[WWI] Nieuport 17 colors

Dave,
     Thanks for your input but in addition to the Nie.17 DF, the Nieuport DF
Special, the Niuport Flyers of the LE Special, the FMP French A/C doorstop,
and a few sets of A/G, SuperScale, and Blue Rider decals I do not lack for
inspiration in decorating one of these silver hawks. ;) I've been collecting
decals and references for some time now, waiting for this day.  (All the
while butchering two Revell Nie.17 kits which are now spare parts.)  My
problem is deciding which one to do out of the many that I like.  Two dozen
possibilities easily come to mind, and they include the ones you mention.
My all-time favorite Nie.17 thought has to be Guynemer's N.1530, the one I
refer to as "Frankenstein" because it is a jalopy put together out of spare
parts.  I'm waiting on the profipack edition to do that one.
