I think it's called a Datfile special, it's by Allan Touelle (who was part of Project Butterfly).
I can't recommend it highly enough.

Thanks! I just got Hi-Tech's Breguet kit in the mail,
and had been debating ordering the Datafile. Looks
like more of my spending money is spoken for! :)
