[WWI] Added:Fokker D.VII

Looking great so far.
Looking at the engine brought a question to mind. It looks like I can see 
the porcelun on the plugs. I know in WWII you couldn't se it as there was a 
metal cap over the plugs. My question is was this done on WWI aero engines.
