Several times. First, after a fire at Hull (when they seems to get thicker), 
then the pigment got a lot coarser. Then they introduced 'Super Enamels' which 
had a finer pigment, and a different solvent formula (and didn't have as good 
brush painting coverage IMO). Then they transferred production overseas, and 
now they never seem to dry!

the one I was using was pre-fire.
