[WWI] Need Nieuport 28 plans

looking for someone that has a detailed set of plans for the upper wing of a Nieuport 28.  I found a modeler in Poland that plans on photoetching the ribs for the upper wing in brass which will enable me to build Messiner's aircraft with the fabric torn off the upper wing.  What he needs are detailed plans of the upper wing.  he said the plans from the Model Expo N.28 would work for his purposes.  I know Jim Landon recently completed this model. with much additions.  Jim, (or any one else on the list) any way you could make a copy of the upper wing plans?
