[WWI] A-H Crown decals in 1/48th?

Americal/Gryphon sheets Nos 168 & 169 have them.  And maybe other A/G sheets too.

Chris (of Blue Max) apparently had to contract print far more decal sheets than he needed for his kit runs.  So if you can reach him, he may have some spare sheets to sell.  Certainly a few years ago I got a couple of extra DH2 sheets from him.

  I was wondering if anyone makes Austro-Hungarian crown decals in 1/48th? I know that Blue Max makes (made?) a Phonix D.1 kit with these markings. However, they don't seem to sell the decals separately and I'd like to use crowns on my Special Hobby Phonix D.1.
