In fact, Pfalz acquired rights before 1914 to build Morane Saulnier designs, 
which kept being made after the war started. The Pfalz Parasol was virtually 
the same as a Morane Saulnier L Parasol and the Pfalz E.I (and E.III) was 
pretty close to the Morane Saulnier G.
