[WWI] Masking Problems

My choice for a THIN mask is Scotch Magic Tape.  It goes on easily and can be "maneuvered" if you use a thin strip, then fill in the background.  However, my experience (ugly!) shows that you need to take some of its tack off by putting it on an arm or your face before applying, else you run the risk of pulling off paint.  You can then burnish it enough so that the paint doesn't run beneath it.
