[WWI] Added:Nieuport 28 and more!

Tom,
It appears that Wikipedia agrees with you (see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dihedral ), however it was always my
understanding that dihedral can be both negative and positive and as I say
this is the dictionary definition of it. I think anhedral may be a more
modern term. I have a book from the '50s on supersonic flight and it states
dihedral only - positive or negative. No mention of anhedral.
I guess either is correct!
