[WWI] WWI Belgian Spad XIII

Hello Mike,

The Spads XIII were delivered to Belgium with their French camo.
There were repainted in khaki (and alu for lower surfaces) after the war, in 
1920 if I remember correctly.

So if you wish to build a Belgian WW I aircraft, use the French camo.
