i believe it is the alcohol in the windshield washer fluid and the windex.(the ammonia?) i have had similar problems thinning vallejos. they are a entirely different type of acrylics (vinyl). i have used Poly S brand airbrush thinner, but have also experienced curdling at times. i've been told the Poly S thinner goes 'bad' over time
