The Osprey books are good value for money, but they are smaller in
page layout and you get much less information. I'd get the FMP book
but then again I already have it.... Sorry couldnt resist.

I saw the Windsock DR1 Jadgstaffel special in Aviation world yesterday
looks to be a pretty good single reference on operational DR1 colours.
