[WWI] IPMS-Belgium national Convention that week-end

Hi listees,

On september 30th and october 1st will take place the IPMS-Belgium National 
Convention at Wieze, near Brussels.

This year and for the first time there will be a "Challenge WW I".

This Challenge is created by Fred Liefferinckx, Philippe Spriesterbach and 
myself to promote our little corner of the hobby.
