[WWI] 2007 Nationals

Dennis,
You have to belong/be a member of some national IPMS chapter to enter  
the contest.  Depending on the hosting chapter, you may or may not  
have to be a card carrying IPMS member to attend the convention on  
all days.  Some will let you in on a day pass for all days, some only  
on Friday and Saturday.   GWICC gives us a chapter to list as a  
hosting chapter, as some members do not live in a location where  
there is a chartered chapter available.
