[WWI] 2007 Nationals

Every Nationals I've been to you had to be a National IMPS member to
enter models.  Entry into the event, no, but to enter models, you had to
be a member of a National group, USA, UK, Canada, etc.
That's why there is a table to join National IPMS USA right next to the
entry table.

I have a another question about the Nationals.  We all here belong to
our 
Cyber Chapter but do we have to be card carrying national members to
enter 
or display models at the national convention?  Going over the web site 
listed, it doesn't seem like we have to be national members.  Am I
correct? 
What do we put down when they ask for or IPMS number?
