[WWI] 2007 Nationals

I have a another question about the Nationals.  We all here belong to our 
Cyber Chapter but do we have to be card carrying national members to enter 
or display models at the national convention?  Going over the web site 
listed, it doesn't seem like we have to be national members.  Am I correct? 
What do we put down when they ask for or IPMS number?
