  I positioned the valve rocker arms on my 1/6 LeRhone model. It does
make a difference in that size.
  I don't bother on the 1/72s.
   You can use a photo of a stationary GM to establish valve positions.
Because of the 4-stroke cycle, the lowest cylinder can be either firing
or exhausting-the cam ring rotates to alternate the stroke function
alternatively.
