Not to mention the only flying example of the Shackleton MR3. Harvards are a regular.

I am back on dry land again after five weeks in the North Sea.

This winter I am likely to be working in Congo, Nigeria, Ghana and Togo,
seems like I will miss South Africa and Cape Town once again.

I think we had a list member working in Togo, if he (Toby?) is going
back there maybe we could have the first West-African list meeting...

South Africa is definitely worth a visit, fine climate, beautiful nature,
friendly people and good wine and seafood.
Besides, you have the chance to see and hear Lightnings and Buccaneers flying
out of Cape Towns airfield. I was supervising loading of supplies on our
vessel
when a couple of aircraft from Thunder City appeared close to Table Mountain
- I did remember to give the stop sign before my concentration was gone.

Cape Town, let me know. If I am in Cape Town I will take you out, show you a
fw hidden treasures.
