[WWI] My friend's "Commemorative aviation project"

      Dear Friends and Colleagues, 
    Here is a little announcement   please excuse me
that it is a bit  off-topic ! 

 I have a friend here in Odessa -  Alex Mandel   who
is also a modeler whose interests are focused on the
1:72 planes   including the World War One period (now
he works with Airfix HP 0/400)   and the 1:700 ships.
Also, he is a dedicated historian and long-time
enthusiast of the aviatrix Amelia Earhart - for more
then 20 years already.
    Some time ago, Alex started a commemorative
