I guess growing up here in the Colonies I missed out on these - I was so out 
of the loop that I never even picked up on the fact that Cardinal (or was it 
Archbishop?) Biggles on the Monty Python "Spanish Inquisition" skits wore a 
flying helmet and goggles...
