[WWI] Rigging and glue.

I didn't know you only brush paint your models, Buz. That is amazing . . your work is truely impressive to me.

I will give KRAZY glue a try. So far I have used ZAP and ZAP-A-GAP brand can glues for my rigging work. They are high quality glues (especially when they're fresh) but I find sanding them to be a chore. As soon as they are hard enough to sand, they seem harder than the plastic I use them on.

If only I could find a glue with the holding power of those high quality super glues, yet is more sandable so the excess can be readily removed.

  Patrick,

What kind of super glue are you using? I use KRAZY glue on my rigging
which is same rigging material that you use. I use a toothpick to apply the
glue to the hole that I run the thread through. Even if I over do the
application the glue evaporates faily level. All I do after it dries is to
touch up the sheen of the glue on the surface with a clear matt finish. Or
if you if you have a gloss or semi-gloss surface then use the appropriate
clear finish. Now I have to admit, I brush paint my models. I don't know
how to airbrush, but I'm sure the "airbrushers" out there can help you
  there.

  Buz
