Nope. In Luanda it is the rule, not the exception. They are very good that way. There are others who will take advantage of a broken window to nick otherstuff lying in the car, but if the thief is after a specific piece, that is all he will take.
  This is also the only place in the world that I know of where I driver will swerve to avoid a dog, but pedestrians had better run! It would appear that the rule of the rooad was copied from the motto of the SAS; Who dares, wins!

Sounds like New orleans, when one Mardi Gras, someone broke into my '71 
Beetle and stole the ashtray but didn't touch the spare bottle of Jack 
Daniels on the back seat.
But I'd say that was the exception, not the rule.
