I had this problem as well.  The email client I use didn't like
anything to do with sending to Roden, so I sent "direct" through my
ISP's web front-end.  It went through, because a day or two later, I
received a reply.

It sounds like your second message made it through, since it didn't
bounce back.  Just give them a couple of days for a reply.
