That isn't quite fair
  Here in Africa we do not have many chimneys.
  You poor buggers in N. America and Europe will get all sooty in your nice suits. Hmmm, Black Santa, hmmm.
  Sorry, got side tracked. As for teh cyanide pill, I have a fool-proof escape mechaism.....remove my boots.

Each listee is assigned a small section of the world. You have to jump down 
a chimney and deliver presents to every dwelling in that section. In secret. 
If discovered, a cyanide pill will be supplied by E(or you could just eat 
the mince pie).
