[WWI] Problem with Squadron shop

I mentioned this to some friends two weeks ago, but because they don't use Squadron, they wern't aware of the situation.  I sent Squadron an email asking when the Special Hobby Lloyd and the "Flyboys" Nieuports would really be in stock.  I got a two word answer "Don't know".  So much for customer service eh??  You'd think with the new 24/7 service they offer they would keep the site updated better.  Just my dos pfennigs.
