[WWI] Bishop's Nieuport

Okay, change of topic (giant cheer from onlookers)....
 Bishop's Nieuport is popularly depicted with 'C 5' in black on the fuselage
and wings but I've never seen it this way in pics. According to the datafile
it does appear this way in some photos - anyone seen them and, if so, where?

Also I've seen it modelled with and without the cone de penetration (or was
it an Albatros spinner??). Is either way correct?
