Could be helpful if you're interested in accuracy.  I think it's easier to 
make an accurate G.III from the kit but that's only if you're really 
concerend about accuracy.  The article uses information from the Gotha! 
Datafile to assess the kit's contents.  I've seen the kit built and it 
really makes a nice model, with or without the photo etch.
